As a leader, Rejean brings over 14 years of experience to her role as Vice President of CWB Optimum Mortgage, the broker focused alternative lending division of CWB Financial Group (now National Bank of Canada). Year-over-year, Rejean has been able to deliver record-breaking results in growth of her business line and has been recognized several years as a Woman of Influence in the Canadian mortgage industry by Canadian Mortgage Professionals Magazine.
Under Rejean’s leadership, CWB Optimum Mortgage has been recognized one of Canada’s Top 50 Best Workplaces, Mortgage Employer of Choice by Canadian Mortgage Awards for multiple years, and Top Alternative Lender by Canadian Mortgage Professionals Magazine for multiple years.
